About
Open since March 2017, the Seine Maritime delegation welcomed its first young person in mid-December of the same year, having focused on finding a relay flat and a day welcome centre. Today, 3 young people are housed in the relay flat in Le Havre. It is located in a neighbourhood very close to the train station and the university. Very easy to access and close to the town centre. A collective drop-in session punctuates the weekly life of the delegation with varied themes (meetings with guests, cultural outings, cooking workshops, input from a dietitian and other partners, board games, walks in the region…). Young people are regularly seen by our social worker, who listens to them, guides them, and supports them with all their social, professional, and administrative processes. Volunteers take turns helping young people with administrative processes, but also within the relay flats, during the week, to share a warm and meaningful moment of exchange with the young people whilst ensuring that daily communal life runs smoothly.
